Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it firmly to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt to monitor its journey back to our warehouse.
